Mark
S. Urich/Manager
Mr. Urich brings an extensive working knowledge of corporate finance
and operations to The Financial Network. He is a seasoned executive
with over 25 years of experience in the CEO, COO, President and
Chairman positions. His work in securities syndication, investment
banking, securities compliance, corporate finance, human resources,
marketing and sales, and his ability to forge relationships and
alliances, has been key to building a vast network of business
contacts and partners. As an operations and financial consultant,
Mr. Urich has achieved success in all phases of business operations
and business development. He has a wealth of experience in securities,
corporate finance, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, including IPO, public,
and private offering securities and short and long term debt financing.
Mr. Urich has developed strategic relationships with accredited
investors and the global venture capital community. Mr Urich is
a former Air Force member and served in the Middle East and for
the Air Defense Command. Mr. Urich graduated with honors from
Colorado University-Denver with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
and received his MBA from CU-Denver. He is a lifetime member of
Psi Chi, The National Honor Society in Psychology, and the Golden
Key National Honor Society. He and his family are residents of
the Denver area and are involved in the community where Mr. Urich
was a director of the Communities in Schools program, a member
of the Raul Wallenburg Society, and currently serves on the Advisory
Board of Directors of Global Connections International, a world
missions organization. He is also active in the Douglas County
D.A.R.E. program.
Kelly Kendall/Director of
Operations
Mr. Kendall has over 10 years
of experience in executive management, operations management,
accounting and purchasing management, entrepreneurship, service
management, consulting, technology sales and services, technical
management, sales and marketing, business development, and corporate
finance. He is a general manager and entrepreneur with an unstoppable
work ethic.He has a passion for the challenge and opportunity
of startup businesses and small to medium enterprises. He is a
former United States Marine Corps Infantryman, and an active member
of the Littleton Seventh-Day Adventist Church where is is the
volunteer Worship Coordinator and Webmaster. He holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Management from the University of
Phoenix, and an MBA through Colorado Christian University with
a 3.84 GPA.

Bill
Shenkin
Mr. Shenkin graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a
Master's Degree in Accounting. Bill spent fifteen years in public
account with Ernst & Young and as a partner at Shenkin Kurtz
Baker & Co. ("SKB"). Bill directed the accounting
and outsourcing department at SKB. Bill's career includes acting
as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer for numerous
companies, providing tax planning and compliance for numerous
individuals and companies, and providing investment banking services
for companies. Some of Bill's engagements included acting Chief
Financial Officer for several fitness companies (including acquisition
and due diligence of clubs in Asia), interim Chief Financial Officer
for a company owned by National Geographic, assisting Colorado
with obtaining a Major League Baseball franchise, assisting with
mergers and acquisitions, and numerous other arrangements. Bill
services on the board of directors for several companies. Bill
was recently recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one
of Denver's top 40 under 40 business people.
Steve Earley
With 26 years of marketing and sales success, Mr. Earley has achieved
a fantastic track record at some of the world's largest technical
companies. His career is characterized by over-achievement and
his aptitude for building large and profitable client relationships,
which drive wide adoption and stand the test of time, providing
the pillars of company growth through diligence, thought leadership
and influence. He has held numerous executive positions with industry
leaders such as Oracle, AT&T, and NCR. In addition, his sales,
marketing and development work with growth firms Teletech, TELCORE,
CEON, and CALPONT gives him a unique perspective on the problems
and solutions faced by companies of all shapes and sizes. Mr.
Earley is a father of three, and is active in his community, sitting
on the boards of the Littleton School District and the Orchard
Road Christian Center. He holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology
from Colorado University-Boulder and an MBA in Marketing and Management
from CU-Boulder.
Greg Boyd
Whether through his work in schools or through the National Football League, Greg Boyd has been a visible
figure in the city of Denver. He has built an impressive network of community, business and government
leaders by his business success and his tireless efforts with charitable organizations. Greg was drafted
out of San Diego State University by the New England Patriots in 1976 that began a successful career as a
defensive lineman in the NFL. Upon his retirement from football in 1985 from the Denver Broncos, Greg spent
time in other sectors of the sports/entertainment industry cutting a record and wrestling professionally. In
1993 Greg traded in his wrestling boots for wingtips and began a successful business career including
executive positions, consulting and public relations business that he continues today. He is actively
involved with his children, with the community by utilizing his extensive network of high-profile athletes
and entertainers for charitable functions, and continues to be involved in the NFL through his work on the
Board of Directors with the Denver Broncos Alumni Association and as the Executive Director of Uniform
Inspections, Denver.
